Deposits

Deposits are required to confirm and secure your booking.

Deposit amount may vary for detox programmes & coaching sessions.

Treatment Booking & Cancellation

Your booking is only a provisional booking and will be held for 24 hours. Please kindly transfer your deposit to secure your appointment within 24 hours.

Due to a list of contra-indications, all forms are required to be filled in before 48 hours of your appointment.

If the forms haven’t been completed before 48 hours of the appointment time and the treatment cannot be carried out due to a contra-indication the deposit will be non refundable.

If you need to cancel your appointment please provide 48 hours notice and appointment can be moved or cancelled.

Your deposit is non refundable if you need to cancel or move your appointment within 48 hours of your appointment time

Any cancellations on the day of the appointment or ‘no shows’ will be required to pay the full amount of their appointment.

Data Protection

Personal contact details will never be passed on to 3rd parties.

Treatment information is stored in the clinic software system and is password protected.

When booking an appointment you agree to be contacted via Mobile (text and call) and email, unless stated otherwise.

 

 

Clients

Both male and female clients are welcome to the clinic. New male clients who aren't booking through client association will be required to bring a female friend/spouse with them to their colonic appointment.

To cancel an order you must notify us within 60 minutes of placing your order.

If you are local, paid for delivery on check out and then wish to collect, we will refund your postage and packaging fee minus the transaction fees.
